I’m a Strategy and Tech Operations professional with approximately 3 years of experience across real estate fintech (PropTech), FMCG, EdTech, and global mobility, combining operational rigor with technology-enabled execution.

I’ve driven measurable P&L turnarounds—most notably leading end-to-end Home Loans strategy and operations to convert a Rs. 1.5 Cr loss (FY24-25 as of August) to breakeven by December and Rs. 11 Lakh profit by March, supported by sales-pitch script redesign, individual net-revenue tracking, and performance management for a team of 14.

As a CRM and MarTech product owner, I bridge business requirements with technical delivery—owning the internal Primary CRM end-to-end, authoring BRDs for technical changes, and delivering WhatsApp and chatbot integrations to improve lead-capture visibility. I also evaluate AI calling bot performance and translate insights into the next rollout.

I build analytical frameworks and governance systems that make decisions easier—designing MIS, dashboards, and reconciliations across CRM and operational reporting, standardizing SOPs, and reducing lead leakage through structured workflows and automation (n8n, API integrations, and Claude API). I’m energized by work that turns strategy into repeatable systems and faster business outcomes.
