At Standard Chartered, I own observability for production Core Banking go-lives on the Keystone-HK / EBBS platform, validating live telemetry, tuning alerts, troubleshooting dashboards, and resolving incidents under production pressure.

I've built Grafana dashboards and alerting pipelines that turn APM, application health, logs, metrics, latency, throughput, and error rates into real-time visibility. I correlate metrics, logs, and distributed traces across Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Elastic APM to help teams isolate service degradation and reduce recurring incidents.

I architected a reusable dashboard-as-code framework using parameterized Grafana JSON templates, automating provisioning across 35+ global market deployments. I also standardize dashboards, alert rules, log queries, and observability configurations for consistent monitoring coverage.

I'm focused on turning raw telemetry into signals engineers can trust, improving developer experience, reducing MTTR, and helping teams recover faster.
