I'm looking to lead reliability and observability work where I can improve incident response, telemetry quality, platform resilience, and engineering workflows across complex production systems.

At Kissht, I own observability and production reliability for 80+ fintech microservices spanning lending, KYC, payments, disbursement, and collections. I lead a 15+ engineer reliability team, manage Sev-1 and Sev-2 incidents, and helped reduce MTTR from 90 minutes to 35.
