What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead ITAM/IT governance programs where I can improve lifecycle processes, strengthen CMDB/data accuracy, and reduce licensing and infrastructure waste—while partnering with executives on roadmaps, cloud readiness, and measurable risk control.

I’m an IT Asset Management Consultant who turns IT governance and continuous process improvement into measurable business value. I’ve supported regulated and fast-moving organizations across healthcare, retail, transportation/logistics, finance, and legal with a strong focus on risk mitigation, streamlined operations, and improved IT effectiveness.

I lead IT asset and configuration management initiatives that join financial, contractual, and inventory functions to strengthen lifecycle management and strategic decision making. My work includes building and refining program policy and end-to-end data management standards, using KPIs and metrics to continually improve quality, completeness, and reporting.

I’m hands-on with platforms and modernization efforts—evaluating ITAM repository solutions, optimizing cloud-related processes and data, and driving automation to improve CMDB accuracy. I’ve guided multi-year Oracle Java remediation initiatives and improved electronic discovery completeness and accuracy so downstream processes benefit.

Throughout my career, I’ve reduced spend on hardware, software, and licensing while improving visibility for business leaders. From leading global ITAM teams and scaling asset scope to implementing ServiceNow modules (HAMP and SAM Pro) and advancing data alignment with CSDM/CMDB governance, I bring a practical, relationship-driven approach that executives and stakeholders trust.
