I’m a Technology Asset Management Lead with repeated success spearheading Flexera (FlexNet) implementations and enterprise Technology Asset Management programs. I optimize operational workflows, reduce technology spend across the enterprise, and strengthen software governance through disciplined lifecycle controls.

In my most recent role, I collaborated with Business and Technology Teams to define requirements and oversee large-scale enterprise contracts and maintenance agreements for vendors including Microsoft, Adobe, AWS, and Cisco. I managed lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, ensured Flexera maintenance and licensing data integrity, and served as the source-of-truth for client and server inventory to support CMDB, Networking, and Security systems aligned to ITIL guidance.

I work closely with Finance and Technology teams to streamline deployment, reporting, and cost allocation of software assets, including on-prem vs in-the-cloud cost analysis tied to SW licensing requirements and TCO. I also oversee administration of SaaS contracts, ITSM software request processes, asset allocations globally, and inactive software harvesting, license compliance, and vendor true-ups—then defend results in aggressive audits for major vendors like Oracle, IBM, and SAP.

Earlier, I led enterprise software asset management as an Sr Manager at NBC Universal, including audit readiness, vendor relations enforcing SLA performance and contracted pricing, and optimization of policies and processes. Before that, I managed software and hardware asset management for large enterprises, spearheaded software harvest campaigns, supported purchase and request workflows, and maintained the Altiris Asset Management system, building a foundation in procurement, compliance, and operational excellence.
