I've spent 12+ years turning product strategy into scalable fintech, payments, gaming, and SaaS products. Most recently, I've led card issuing, virtual cards, fraud prevention, and payment infrastructure initiatives at Fluz.

At Bitstamp, I led the redesign and launch of the mobile trading application, making a complex professional trading platform more intuitive for mainstream investors. I owned the product lifecycle from discovery and UX collaboration through global rollout.

At FirstBlood, I co-owned the roadmap with the CEO and wrote technical specifications for tournament, wallet, payment, and anti-fraud systems. I coordinated delivery across a distributed engineering organization of 30+ developers during rapid growth and company-wide change.

I've also shaped player engagement and monetization at Outfit7, including revitalizing My Talking Hank with new engagement loops, collectible systems, and live events. Across consulting work for Kriptomat, Talentive, and Databox, I've taken ambiguous problems from discovery to production-ready product initiatives.
