Previously, I spent a decade at Nirmal Datacomm supporting VMware ESX, Windows Server, Exchange, help desk systems, WDS, WSUS, backups, licensing, asset management, and remote client administration. I also led a team of engineers and supported implementation plans, audits, and staff learning.
