I’m a Senior Windows System Administrator and Team Leader with 15+ years in the IT industry, having worked as a Windows System Administrator, Service Engineer, and Network Engineer. I bring a strong focus on business-as-usual (BAU) support, continuous learning, and fast resolution of day-to-day IT needs.

My core strength is Windows administration: I handle Windows OS and Windows Server with deep expertise in Active Directory. I manage patching, monitoring, and backup activities, operate server management tools, analyze logs and network traffic, and troubleshoot issues to keep enterprise systems running smoothly.

I also lead security and infrastructure work—configuring and administering firewall and VPN controls, implementing antivirus and cybersecurity measures, and regularly assessing infrastructure for best-possible security and efficiency. I’ve installed and configured Fortigate Firewall, and I’ve supported environments using Microsoft Azure and VMware.

As a team leader, I coordinate internal support, outsource managed services when needed, own support tickets using TOPS for assignment and escalation, and document system changes to prevent backlogs. I’m energized by improving workflows, meeting service KPIs, and providing dependable technical support to users.
