I’ve supported global enterprise IT infrastructure at Wipro Technologies for accounts including UHG, Elevance, Phillips, Cigna, and Optum. I handled device provisioning, security compliance, and configuration using Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Autopilot.

I’ve worked through high-volume incident tickets, met SLAs, and troubleshot OS installs, user issues, and hardware problems. I also deployed software packages and supported MS365, Windows apps, and Citrix Workspace.

Before that, I ran office operations at JCN Internet in Gujarat, managing CRM systems, data entry, billing processes (Proforma, Quotation, and Deal Finalization), and leading a 9-person team. I’m now leaning into cloud computing, data structures, and AI algorithms through my Computer Science master’s.
