What I'm looking for

I’m interested in building realistic, scalable digital products and service ecosystems grounded in how people experience brands and services.

I lead UX/UI and service design delivery at I-AM for retail, banking and lifestyle clients, translating business and customer needs into requirements, roadmaps and launch plans.

Across 16 years, I’ve moved from product design and Samsung retail marketing projects at Cheil Worldwide into experience strategy, B2B positioning and digital project delivery. I bring design thinking together with budgets, timelines, capacity planning and the operational realities that make experiences scalable.

I also teach Circular Design for Sustainability at Özyeğin University and contribute research and thought leadership on customer experience, retail and service design.
