Led the design process from idea to delivery, running tests until launch. Designed responsive web interfaces, analyzed user feedback and behavior, conducted user testing, and built design systems in close collaboration with developers and product stakeholders.

Identified user needs and pain points through research and testing, translating findings into journeys, personas, and experience maps. Validated improvements with A/B testing and maintained design systems while balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

Implemented and maintained a scalable design system to improve product consistency and efficiency. Designed product flows from user journeys to high-fidelity UI screens and used UX research insights to validate decisions and improve user satisfaction.

Created website and mobile interface designs and managed social media design and content. Worked remotely to deliver design assets for client needs.

Managed the teacher recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, interview invitations, and reference checks. Delivered orientation training for newly hired teachers and coordinated training programs based on employee needs from the LMS, also supporting ISO 9001:2015 quality processes.

Improved departmental HR processes, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting pre-interviews by phone, Skype, or in person. Developed onboarding programs, set performance criteria, and prepared monthly and annual performance reports.

Completed a master’s degree in Management and Organization with thesis. Thesis topic: the effect of orientation practices in the recruitment process on turnover intention, with the role of perceived organizational support.

Completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
