What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition into a dedicated IT role where I can apply my hands-on troubleshooting experience and continue developing Python, SQL, and AI-assisted automation skills.

At Watsons Singapore, I’m the frontline point of contact for POS, payment, digital sales, and operational system issues. I troubleshoot terminals, printers, and peripherals, and escalate complex cases to IT support.

I support digital sales and e-commerce platforms, helping staff use systems correctly and working with support teams to resolve recurring issues. I also use Excel and Google Sheets to analyze sales, transaction, and inventory data.

Before Watsons, I supported digital ordering and POS workflows at KFC Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Jollibee Foods Corporation. Earlier, I produced AutoCAD deliverables for telecommunications infrastructure projects and provided end-user IT support at Innovatronix.

I’m building technical depth through structured study in Python, SQL, Git and GitHub, and AI-assisted automation. I’m an IT graduate with a clear goal of transitioning into a dedicated IT role.
