At PSA Corporation’s Digital Team, I supported warehouse operations by owning Level 1 incidents end to end, tracing faults through application logs and JSON payloads, and running SQL rollbacks to recover production data.
I built and operated a certificate and API-key expiry tracker covering MAS and SATA, helping ensure renewals were raised before service interruptions. I also planned and executed functional, integration, and API testing across warehouse management, vessel ETA, and destination routing services.
I delivered a Power Automate pipeline to replace manual data handling and received an innovation award for a palletization benchmarking study. I also wrote troubleshooting guidance for warehouse clerks to reduce repeat queries and speed up ticket resolution.
I build serverless AWS applications, AI chatbots, and real-time learning platforms using Python, Node.js, React, WebSockets, and cloud services. I'm AWS Certified in Cloud and AI, with Solutions Architect Associate certification in progress.
