What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote administrative support, back-office operations, data entry, order processing, customer support or accounts administration work, with flexibility for evening and night shifts.

I've supported day-to-day operations at P G Silk Mills Pvt. Ltd. for over 13 years, processing purchase orders, sales entries and vendor invoices in Tally ERP while maintaining inventory, receivables and operational reports.

In my freelance admin and operations support work, I maintained business records, spreadsheets and digital files; managed order updates, invoicing and stock records; and coordinated with vendors remotely. I work independently and am comfortable supporting routine operational requirements across flexible schedules.

My earlier experience in office accounts and customer service strengthened my approach to accurate documentation, payment processing, stock activities and customer enquiries.
