In my current role as an “Operations & Administration Partner” at ENI S.p.A., I lead full operational management across sites, manage KPI monitoring, drive compliance, and optimize processes. I oversee supplier management and procurement coordination while keeping teams aligned through stakeholder management and clear office operations.

Earlier, as a Co-Founder of De Martino & Co. S.a.s., I owned end-to-end operations for oil and fuels—covering commercial and supplier relationship management, administrative and financial process oversight, and client management.
