I’m looking for a fast-changing environment where I can combine operations leadership with data science—improving processes, driving growth through analytics, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver measurable results.

I’m a Head of Operations with a Master in Data Science, bringing data-driven decision-making to high-velocity marketplaces. I’ve been driving key strategic decisions across an ecosystem of 15k+ active drivers, while managing partnerships and measurable commercial outcomes.

In my current role, I analyze key economic drivers impacting marketplace and stakeholders, and I improve processes and bugs within the tech ecosystem through cross-functional teamwork. I also led negotiation of investment projects valued at ~4M USD, connecting operational execution with growth and risk trade-offs.
