I’m a customer service and legal support professional with over 5 years of experience supporting U.S.-based clients across legal, financial, and customer service environments. I’m known for maintaining strict compliance, meeting deadlines, and keeping cases moving with accurate documentation and clear communication.

In my most recent role, I managed a post-intake legal caseload, coordinating the request, collection, and verification of medical records and supporting documentation to reduce processing delays and improve case readiness.
