At Dale Tech, I built Tramitei from zero: a multi-tenant workflow SaaS for financial-market firms where an LLM classifies inbound email and deterministic logic decides what happens next. It includes database-per-tenant isolation, an immutable audit trail, an SLA engine, and 400+ test files.
I also launched ContentAPI, which feeds RAG pipelines with YouTube, web, and PDF extraction, and includes API keys, quotas, Stripe billing, and a published npm MCP server. I built Software Factory, the multi-agent development pipeline behind these products, with schema-validated phases and self-evals in CI.
I designed and operate Dale365, a real-time Python analytics and alerting platform for live esports matches. Its ML models are on the live decision path, alongside backtesting and drift monitoring; the platform has been in production for three years.
I built GraphHelm, an open-source control plane for governed AI agents, with Anthropic and OpenAI adapters, a blind judge, and a quality gate designed to reject known-bad work first. Before Dale Tech, I migrated institutional brokerage systems at Itaú Unibanco to an event-driven serverless architecture on AWS, and built C# and SQL Server systems for fund administration and custody.
