What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support clients and coordinate real estate operations end-to-end, using strong communication and accurate records. I want a fast-paced team that values proactive problem-solving and continuous process improvement.

I’m a detail-oriented real estate and client support professional, currently working as a Realtor Associate at Keller Williams Realty in Jamaica. I coordinate listing activity, communicate clearly with clients, and provide transaction support that keeps everything moving smoothly.

In my current role, I manage MLS listing coordination and ensure accuracy across pricing, descriptions, photos, and property details. I support clients with personalized sales and rental inquiries using Salesforce and Zendesk, prepare listing and marketing information, and maintain timely communication throughout each transaction.

Before real estate, I strengthened my service and operations foundation at JN Bank. As a Member Service Representative and later an Operations Assistant, I guided customers through onboarding on the JN Bank mobile app, handled account openings and documentation with regulatory compliance, and prepared operational reports to improve branch efficiency.

I’m recognized for proactive problem-solving and customer service, including awards for initiatives that improved processes and supported team operations. I bring strong organization, multitasking, and stakeholder coordination to deliver dependable results in fast-paced environments.
