What I'm looking for

I am seeking roles in fraud or risk management that leverage my detection expertise and leadership, with opportunities to apply my Italian voice and localisation skills to AI and tech projects.

I am a multilingual professional with over 15 years of experience in fraud prevention, payments, customer service, and risk management, complemented by experience as an Italian voice talent. I combine operational expertise with strong communication skills developed through leading international teams and delivering training.

As a voice talent I record high-quality Italian voiceovers for AI training, eLearning, localisation, and corporate content, managing script review, recording, editing, and delivery while collaborating with global teams across time zones.

In fraud and risk roles I have led teams, managed chargebacks, implemented reporting and automation projects, and contributed to machine learning initiatives to improve detection and reduce loss. I am experienced in KYC, compliance, and building training materials tailored to English and Italian markets.
