I focus on accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence while managing high-volume deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and reconciliations.

In regulated markets, I handle complex and escalated payment issues as a key point of contact for high-risk/high-value cases. I support the implementation and maintenance of fraud detection and prevention systems, review suspicious activity, and escalate potential fraud to Compliance/Fraud teams when required.
