At FIDA – Finance Data Analysis, I manage key banking and financial-sector clients and coordinate implementation and evolution projects for the FIDA Workstation platform.

I turn client needs into functional requirements, oversee testing through post-release monitoring, and coordinate IT, Finance, Customer Support, Sales, and international French teams. I manage backlogs, priorities, escalations, resources, milestones, and dependencies using Jira and BigPicture.

Previously at BIOS Management, I designed and optimized digital workflows for organizations including Coop, Penny Market, Autoguidovie, and UCI Cinemas. I analyzed processes, gathered requirements, configured digital solutions, supported testing, and maintained functional documentation.

Through Pyragrid, I combine management, automation, artificial intelligence, and design to help companies turn inefficiencies into practical, scalable digital solutions. I’m motivated by challenges where I can improve processes, strengthen value propositions, and make a tangible contribution to business objectives.
