My career has progressively moved from business analysis and team leadership, to managing complex IT projects, to leading a core financial data program, and today to overseeing an Anti-Money Laundering delivery area.
I work at the intersection of business and technology: managing delivery, financial performance, risks, stakeholders and teams, while maintaining enough technical depth to work effectively with engineers and architects across data platforms, cloud and AI.
My approach is strongly data-driven. I use project governance and Earned Value Management to understand delivery performance, identify risks early and focus teams on measurable outcomes.
Alongside program management, I maintain a hands-on interest in software development, data engineering and AI, particularly Python and modern LLM-based systems.
