I'm looking to grow in customer success and customer experience roles where I can manage strategic accounts, strengthen retention and adoption, and use data to create long-term customer value.

At Arco Educação, I manage mid- and high-touch B2B and B2C accounts, driving retention, account growth, digital product adoption, and long-term customer value. I lead renewal and expansion conversations, monitor OKR-driven metrics, and build consultative relationships with business owners, principals, coordinators, and teachers.

My background in psychology, bilingual education, and academic coordination strengthens how I listen, negotiate, and build partnerships. I use Salesforce, CRM, and Metabase to guide account decisions, create action plans for at-risk customers, and improve the customer journey.
