At Air Liquide, I supported Citrix farms hosted on AWS and worked on their installation, setup, and tuning. As Project Architect, I maintained a high-availability Citrix environment with zero High Severity incidents over 24 months.
I designed and implemented a multi-layered monitoring methodology to identify and remediate potential bottlenecks before they affected users. I was lead architect for Citrix farms on AWS, with responsibility for installation, configuration, and fine-tuning, and managed application delivery through NetScaler ADC.
At IBM, I supported more than 300 servers and 500 applications, including Citrix XenApp environments, and contributed to a Citrix Cloud migration for the Aecom client. Earlier, I handled Windows and VMware administration, datacenter operations, and infrastructure support at Xerox, IBM, Saputo, and Atos Origin.
