I am a technician and infrastructure engineer with over 15 years supporting IT and OT systems across terminals and enterprises, focused on cloud services, Windows server management, networking and stakeholder-driven project delivery. I have led implementations like LTE/Private Network rollouts, SotiMobiControl deployments, Nokia cell relocations, and Cisco Webex projects while supporting Active Directory, File Server, virtualization and container-related tasks.

I work fluently in Spanish and have collaborated across LATAM, the USA, Europe and India, managing vendor relationships, global and regional IT coordination, and providing high-priority incident support.
