I’m looking for a role where I can combine CRM-driven marketing, social/content strategy, and project coordination—using automation and analytics to improve enrollment and client satisfaction. I want a team that values clear communication, iteration, and ownership.

I’m a Professional Administrator with hands-on experience running digital marketing operations, coordinating stakeholders, and improving day-to-day workflows. I bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, responsibility, and innovation to every campaign and process I manage.

In my current role, I oversee a client portfolio and lead weekly strategic meetings to evaluate campaign performance, service quality, and alignment with each institution’s educational values. I also manage end-to-end digital marketing operations, including CRM setup, lead tracking, and key metrics analysis to drive continuous optimization for enrollment growth.

I’ve supervised technology-based projects as a Project supervisor, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable technical documentation while managing timelines and weekly alignment. I act as the central point of contact to ensure clear communication, expectation alignment, and high client satisfaction.

Previously, I managed social media and content production across multiple platforms, handling copywriting, graphic design, and video editing while monitoring post performance and adjusting strategies. I’m also comfortable using automation for RSVPs, follow-ups, and digital forms—plus a wide toolset that includes GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, and project management platforms like monday.com and ClickUp.
