I'm currently leading Nubank's Brand Health Tracking program for Super Core and High Income audiences, coordinating vendors, panel timelines, and stakeholder alignment across key consumer segments.

I develop executive reports and strategic analyses across brand funnel, brand image, audience segmentation, and marketing performance. I also investigate the drivers of brand perception and customer behavior, translating findings into recommendations for Marketing, Strategy, and Leadership teams.

At Electrolux Group, I progressed from Intern to Consumer Insights & Analytics Professional and managed qualitative and quantitative research across more than six Latin American markets. I supported brand, innovation, and customer experience strategies throughout the product development cycle, from exploration and concept testing to communication assessment, product validation, and conjoint analysis.

I've partnered with regional stakeholders, research agencies, and vendors while using NielsenIQ/GfK, Kantar Worldpanel, CRM, social listening, and AI tools to accelerate insight generation. I enjoy turning complex consumer data, market shifts, and trends into clear, customer-centric decisions.
