What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a VP HRBP role where I can partner with executive leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, rewards, talent, and global people strategy in a complex, high-growth environment.

At DigitalBridge, I lead global HR operations and a team supporting employees across the US, Europe, and Asia. I partner with senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, talent retention, employee relations, compensation reviews, and HR transformation.

Across MetLife and Publicis Groupe, I've supported leaders through talent planning, succession, engagement, learning strategy, recruitment, mobility, and change initiatives. I’ve advised CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and country leaders using workforce analytics, compensation trends, and people metrics to guide decisions.

I bring 15+ years across financial services, media, and insurance, including compensation and benefits leadership in Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil. I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and I’m seeking to bring my executive partnership and global HR experience to a VP HRBP role in a complex, high-growth environment.
