I graduated in July 2024 with a BSc in Business Management from Queen Mary’s University of London. My entrepreneurial spirit drives me to seize every opportunity, and I excel in delegating tasks to achieve efficiency and meet targets. I am proactive in my approach to challenges, viewing them as opportunities for growth.

My work experience includes roles at Pret a Manger, Sainsbury’s, and IC24, where I honed my customer service and administrative skills. I have received excellent feedback for my empathetic nature and commitment to patient care while working as a National Service Advisor. Currently, I am employed at Jet2Holidays, where I manage emergency responses and administrative tasks for customers abroad, further enhancing my time management and problem-solving abilities.
