I am an IT Analyst currently working with the City of Dallas Attorney’s Office, where I specialize in IT troubleshooting and support. My role involves managing IT systems, conducting inventory audits, and collaborating with various departments to assess and fulfill their IT needs. I take pride in my ability to analyze complex systems and recommend effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

With a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Cybersecurity and an Associate of Applied Science in Information Systems Cybersecurity, I have a solid educational foundation that complements my hands-on experience. My previous role as an Administrative Assistant at Careworks Home Health allowed me to develop strong organizational and conflict resolution skills, which I now apply in my current position. I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve processes and ensure data security.
