What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to launch an IT support career where I can use my technical aptitude and calm, detail-oriented approach under pressure to provide exceptional service and resolve problems.

I’m building toward an IT support career with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (Cybersecurity) from Strayer University, and I’m pursuing CompTIA Security+ certification and an MBA in Operations Management.

For my Home Network Security Assessment, I identified vulnerabilities in a simulated network and documented remediation recommendations. I’ve also published technical projects and documentation in my Cybersecurity Portfolio on GitHub.

At Options, Inc., I provide crisis intervention and advocacy while maintaining confidential documentation and coordinating community resources. This work has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly in high-pressure situations.

My experience also includes documenting incidents as an Asset Protection Team Lead at Walmart and coordinating emergency responses as an EMS Dispatcher at Crossett Police Department. My technical skills include hardware troubleshooting, software and operating system installation, Microsoft 365, and Windows 10 and 11.
