I’m a compassionate, organized Medical Virtual Assistant who supports physicians, telehealth providers, and healthcare clinics with high-level administrative and clinical coordination. I’m known for improving patient experience, reducing provider workload, and optimizing clinical workflows in fast-paced environments.

In my current remote role with MedVALunchpad, I handle patient intake and onboarding, update demographics and medical histories, and manage insurance eligibility and prior authorizations through Availity. I schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for a team of four providers, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation using SOAP note formatting—and I help reduce no-shows with reminder calls and SMS.

Before this, I built a strong clinical foundation in nursing across multiple departments, including roles as a Nurse Intern, Staff Nurse, and Nursing Officer, where I managed patient records, ensured confidentiality, and supported seamless care. I’ve delivered administrative support, scheduling, and patient services with strong results (95% customer satisfaction and 99% record accuracy), and I carry that same attention to detail into every virtual patient interaction.
