I’m a US and Nigerian Registered Nurse with 3+ years of clinical experience, now combining that foundation with hands-on work as a Medical Virtual Assistant. I support efficient healthcare operations by pairing patient-first clinical insight with strong administrative execution across the patient journey.

In my current Medical Virtual Assistant role, I handle patient registration and demographic documentation in SimplePractice EHR to keep records accurate and onboarding smooth. I coordinate provider calendars and manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling to help create a seamless patient experience.

I also distribute electronic intake and consent forms through the EHR patient portal and support the collection of required insurance and billing documentation for timely pre-visit preparation. In addition, I create patient education resources by translating complex clinical concepts into clear, patient-friendly language to improve health literacy.

I bring a documentation-focused mindset through medical transcription work, converting provider-patient encounters into accurate SOAP and DAP notes. Previously as a Registered Nurse, I managed admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient education, ensuring care transitions stayed coordinated, patient-centered, and well-documented.
