What I'm looking for

Seeking a fully remote VP / Head of Customer Success role with a UK, EU or US-based SaaS or FinTech company. I want CS to have real commercial authority — owning NRR, influencing product, and sitting at the GTM table. Growth-stage or scale-up preferred. FinOps or cloud context a natural fit but open to enterprise B2B SaaS broadly. Comp: £140k+ / $160k+ USD. Cape Town (GMT+2).

I build and scale Customer Success functions that deliver predictable revenue growth — from onboarding through to multi-year enterprise expansion. I'm currently Global Head of Customer Success & FinOps at 1Nebula, where I sit on the Executive Committee and lead a $10M+ ARR enterprise portfolio across 15–20 accounts in South Africa, the UK and the Netherlands. My team of 22 (5 direct, 17 indirect) consistently delivers 110–120% NRR across Insurance, Banking, Professional Services, Energy and FMCG verticals.

What sets me apart is the combination of CS leadership and Cloud FinOps expertise. I hold both the FinOps Certified Practitioner (FCP) and FOCUS Analyst credentials — and I've used that to build 1Nebula's FinOps advisory practice from zero, including onboarding Heineken (Netherlands) as a flagship client within 18 months. I'm one of a relatively small number of CS leaders globally who operates at the intersection of enterprise customer success and cloud financial management.

My track record includes 260% revenue growth in Insurance, 15% in Banking and 14% in Professional Services through expansion and retention. I've led UK and Netherlands delivery, run RFx and contract negotiations at enterprise scale, and chaired my company's Strategy Council translating OKRs into cross-functional execution.

I work across HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Jira and AI productivity tools including MS Copilot Studio. I hold a BCom Honours from UNISA and a BCom from Stellenbosch University, with an exchange programme at EBS Germany in Corporate Finance.
