I'm seeking an entry-level IT Support, Help Desk, or Junior Software Developer position where I can apply my technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

At Parex Engineering, I supported Legal and Human Resources operations by organizing documentation for more than 200 employees and helping configure workstation computers.

I developed programs on the TOTVS platform to improve document management and personnel tracking for mining projects. I also provided technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
