What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where trust, clear communication, and dependable execution matter—so I can complete inspections and investigations, write accurate reports, and help drive timely, high-quality outcomes while collaborating effectively under pressure.

I bring a “there is always a way” mindset to every assignment, built on dependable, goal-focused work and strong communication. I’m self-directed and reliable, and I adapt quickly in collaborative environments while performing well under pressure.

Most recently, I’ve worked as a Field Adjuster, contacting and scheduling inspections, conducting thorough property inspections, and generating detailed damage estimates. I negotiate repair terms with contractors and roofers, prepare comprehensive reports, and communicate the process clearly to insured clients—contributing to 5 star customer satisfaction ratings.

Earlier, I served as a Background Investigator with GDIT and CACI, conducting in-depth interviews, performing extensive record searches, and writing reports to support well-informed recommendations. I also coach and develop athletes, including leading a women’s varsity season to a 22-3 record, and I continue building training programs through my self-employed basketball coaching work.
