I’m a Public Adjuster who turns field documentation into clear, well-supported claim outcomes. Most recently, as an Independent Claims Supplementor with Prosopon Solutions, I wrote and submitted Xactimate supplements for residential and commercial property claims, analyzed adjuster estimates against photos and scope notes, and researched pricing data and code requirements. I coordinated with contractors and restoration companies to gather documentation and facilitate approval while managing 75+ active files simultaneously.

Previously, I worked as a Public Adjuster with Integrity Claims Consulting, where I independently investigated property damage, authored detailed reports, and compiled supporting documentation for insurance claims. I also maintained ongoing follow-up with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carriers to drive resolution, coordinating with engineers, independent adjusters, and other specialists on complex or disputed matters. Earlier in my career, I planned and emceed local alumni events and managed a team across 16 cities—experiences that shaped my strong independent work ethic, communication, and ability to coordinate stakeholders.
