I've led high-value technology programmes for AngloGold Ashanti, Multichoice, GulfHR and public transport authorities, managing multi-region teams, executive stakeholders and budgets up to R340 million. At AngloGold Ashanti, I directed a R280 million Operational Technology programme supporting safety-critical operations for approximately 23,000 underground mine workers.
I'm currently leading customised HRMS implementations across the Gulf region while modernising a product onto a React stack as Product Owner and Scrum Master. My delivery experience spans Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methods, commercial and contract management, governance, operational handover, and building new delivery functions and operating businesses from the ground up.
