I'm currently supporting Exxaro's Matla Life of Mine Programme, where I develop stakeholder engagement and integrated communications plans for mining infrastructure and community development initiatives. I work with government, regulators, municipalities, traditional authorities, organised labour, contractors and community leadership to manage engagement, emerging risks and stakeholder concerns.

Previously, I delivered stakeholder strategies, public participation processes and communications for infrastructure and mining projects at Zutari, and led regional communications at Harmony Gold. Across more than 11 years in communications, media and community engagement, I've produced executive briefings, campaigns, reports and communication materials that strengthen reputation and support project delivery.
