I’m a highly IT Systems Engineer with 4+ years of experience in high-volume environments (iGaming&Fintech), focused on delivering rapid technical solutions that keep operations running with zero-downtime.

In my current work at Luckylotto SA, I analyze and manage critical business data within the MIS, and I deploy and maintain business systems—from hands-on POS terminal installation and support to web applications and mobile apps. I also manage help desk tickets via Zoho and monitor the CCTV network to maintain operational security, including supporting POS terminal management for 2,000 devices and critical payment integrations.

Previously at Movitel SA, I provided first- and second-level support for 500+ users while working directly in the Security Operations Centre (SOC) to resolve system outages, network slowdowns, connectivity issues, security breaches, and virus infections. I used endpoint security and cybersecurity tooling such as SOAR and SIEM, administered OpenVPN connections in Fortigate, managed user access on pfSense, and supported enterprise systems including Oracle Data Guard, Active Directory, ManageEngine, email services, and firewalls—alongside monitoring HPC servers and enterprise storage platforms.

I build depth across network, security, and infrastructure with strong certifications (Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNAv7, and Cisco cybersecurity essentials) and hands-on experience with Linux/Windows Server, virtualization, backups/disaster recovery, and monitoring (Zabbix, The Dude, ManageEngine). I also enjoy applying problem-solving to engineering challenges, from my AI-Powered Clinical Decision Support System project for TB screening to projects like a photovoltaic solar tracker and live network infrastructure monitoring—because I’m driven by practical outcomes that improve reliability and performance.
