Established and led the Brazilian subsidiary for a Swiss pharmaceutical distributor, combining commercial strategy, strategic sourcing, procurement, and vendor management. Acted as primary executive liaison with Brazilian health authorities and scaled the operation into a top government supplier.

Oversaw EMEA import/export logistics and GDP/GMP warehouse operations during an enterprise AS/400 to PeopleSoft ERP migration. Directed Sales & Operations Planning, order fulfillment, and distribution planning during enterprise system transitions.

Served as the core operational bridge between production sites and all mobile network operators in Italy. Managed Sales & Operations Planning, ensuring full alignment of demand against forecasting models and inventory targets.

Synchronized commercial demand with SAP forecasting models, managing international logistics data flows across Nissan Japan, Renault France, and Renault-Nissan Brazil. Managed 35 global suppliers and 12,000+ SKUs, and acted as Key User and Trainer for 90 operators in MRP/ERP/EDI systems.
