Co-founded a fintech bill installment payment platform, structuring the business model, operations, and technology including a digital installment platform and internal ERP. Built a base of 580 active clients and engaged with investors and financial partners for fundraising and strategic commercial partnerships.

Ran administrative operations for a food service network with annual revenue of R$1.5M, managing procurement, finance, targets, and performance indicators. Managed food and packaging suppliers, supported expansion to two locations, and developed a custom ERP and delivery control app for operations.

Owned export logistics operations across Latin America, the USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia, managing customs clearance, freight, certificates of origin, and export documentation. Led demand planning with logistics teams across 4 continents and reduced domestic freight costs by 30% through studies and contract renegotiation.
