What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead public health and Tribal-focused programs where I can strengthen partnerships, manage complex grant portfolios, support culturally responsive implementation, and turn community priorities into actionable strategies.

I've led federally funded public health portfolios at the National Network of Public Health Institutes, managing PH LEADS, AmeriCorps, Project Firstline, and related initiatives from planning through reporting, compliance, budgets, contracts, and deliverables.

I direct partnerships across Tribal, state, federal, nonprofit, and community organizations, including work to design the Tribal Implementation Center Program and advance culturally responsive Tribal public health data modernization. I also led Oklahoma's first Tribal COVID-19 surge response team and have coordinated Tribal programs in emergency preparedness, chronic disease prevention, and public health capacity building.

I've written successful federal proposals, supervised teams and contractors, and translate complex requirements into practical strategies that support community priorities.

Conduct culturally grounded qualitative interviews with Indigenous and Afro-Indigenous knowledge keepers to document community priorities, cultural landscapes, land relationships, and land rematriation efforts. Apply Indigenous data sovereignty principles and community-defined protocols governing knowledge ownership, recording permissions, mapping, review, and information sharing.
