I am seeking a role where I can lead operations in travel, visas, or student mobility, improve processes, coach teams, and deliver excellent client service in a collaborative environment.

I am an experienced travel and visa services manager with over eight years working at the British Deputy High Commission and ongoing leadership of a student recruitment and travel company. I lead operations covering visa processing, flight and hotel bookings, itineraries, and partnerships to deliver efficient end-to-end travel solutions.

Throughout my career I have managed teams of up to 20 locally engaged staff, developed workflow and monitoring tools, and improved customer service and complaint resolution processes for high-volume visa operations.
