I’m a customer support and operations leader with 7+ years across retail, hospitality, and software support. I was promoted from entry-level to Operations Manager at Haggen in under twelve months, and now I run BizPilot—an AI business manager I built solo—handling onboarding, support, and product operations through a single chat interface.
At BizPilot, I own 100% of written customer support (email and in-app chat), document recurring issues, and keep following up until each customer has a clear resolution. I designed the new-user onboarding flow, write the help-center and product FAQs, troubleshoot technical issues daily (including debugging integration errors), and iterate based on customer feedback—combining careful process improvement with calm, high-ownership execution.
