What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hands-on operations, customer support, or business technology role where I can improve workflows, support customers, coordinate teams and vendors, and solve day-to-day business problems.

I founded NexBistro, a POS and online-ordering startup, and guided its product, operations, sales, and customer implementation from development through launch.

I translated business needs into actionable work for overseas developers, coordinated with hardware manufacturers, and supported payment processing, POS, online ordering, website integrations, customer onboarding, CRM, and client communication.

I also owned Everbright Power Wash, where I managed lead generation, sales, scheduling, invoicing, payments, customer service, digital presence, and two employees while keeping daily operations moving.
