I seek a remote customer-support role where I can apply SIS and Power BI skills, collaborate with a supportive team, grow into enrollment or data-focused responsibilities, and improve student or client experiences.

I am a dedicated customer service professional with hands-on experience in remote support, registration, and academic planning. I excel at active listening, problem solving, and delivering positive customer experiences.

I have worked with BYU Pathway’s Student Information System (SIS), used Power BI to access and analyze reports, and supported registration workflows to ensure accurate academic planning. I have completed indexing and data-labeling projects using Python-based tools and performed careful record matching and data entry to improve data quality.

My background spans classroom teaching, online tutoring, and customer-facing banking roles, which strengthened my communication and instructional skills. I hold a TESOL certificate and CEFR-C1 English proficiency and have completed Bloomberg and HP Life customer experience simulations to deepen my client-service expertise.
