What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply my e-commerce, retail operations, customer service and digital marketing experience to improve sales, customer relationships and day-to-day processes.

I’ve managed CasadeBonecas since 2020, running the online store and day-to-day brand operations from sales through post-sale support.

I plan collections, negotiate with national and international suppliers, coordinate production, stock, invoicing and dispatch, and handle orders, exchanges and customer issues across digital channels.

I also create social media content, support promotional campaigns and launches, and monitor digital marketing activity and commercial performance.

Before founding my brand, I spent four years managing Zippy store operations, teams, sales targets, inventory, visual merchandising and customer service. My retail experience also includes Eureka Shoes, Loja Happy and customer-facing pharmacy work.
