I help members with enrollment, renewals, benefits, account management, digital tools, and escalated concerns while protecting PHI and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Previously, at Community Healthcare Network's South Bronx Health Center, I verified coverage and eligibility, supported ACA, FPBP, and PCAP enrollment, resolved billing issues, and coordinated communication among patients, providers, and insurers.

At City Prime Medical, I led daily operations for a 20–30-person team, verified insurance benefits for approximately 70 patients daily, and supported billing, claims, prior authorizations, and bilingual patient communication.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and bring a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. I focus on making healthcare access, financial services, and member support easier to navigate.
